Required documents may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.
You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. If any of your registered details change, you must update your account promptly via the account settings page or by contacting jiliko support at [email protected].
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jiliko login credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:
jiliko will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. All activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified jiliko of a security breach in accordance with the above.
jiliko accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
The minimum deposit amount on jiliko is ৳200 per transaction. jiliko reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice posted to the Platform.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jiliko account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited, depending on the processing times of the sending institution. jiliko is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
You must only deposit funds using payment methods that belong to you and are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from a payment account belonging to another person — are not permitted. Any such deposits may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
All account balances, game stakes, and winnings on jiliko are expressed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jiliko does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Deposits made in a different currency may be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate, which may result in exchange rate differences.
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed the account verification process and have a real-money balance in their jiliko account. Bonus balances are not directly withdrawable and must first be converted to real money by meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. jiliko aims to process all withdrawal requests as promptly as practicable.

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses credited to your jiliko account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
jiliko operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, and any other behaviour that jiliko reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of a promotional offer. jiliko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not unfairly disadvantage players who have already begun satisfying applicable wagering requirements in good faith.
All games available on the jiliko platform — including slots, live casino games, and any other gaming products — are operated by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Habanero. Each game is governed by the rules of the relevant game provider in addition to these Terms.

By registering an account on jiliko, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, how it is protected, and your rights in relation to your personal data.
jiliko employs SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and jiliko's servers. Player financial data is handled with additional security protocols. jiliko does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
jiliko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
